For Presentation and Investigation tickets, we can only host 25 guests.

For Presentation Only tickets, we can host 70 guests.

The event includes:

Our “Dead Talk” 60 to 90-minute (depending on audience questions) paranormal presentation which includes: a brief of the history of the venue, collected evidence, and a discussion of paranormal safety procedures.
Breaking up into groups that will be led by experienced paranormal investigators.
A light snack including a bag of chips, and a water or soda.
Investigating the “The Huish”.
A brief review of our experiences at the end of the event.

Please note:

The Presentation Only participants must be at least 16 years old. Younger children may come with a parent or legal guardian provided they have a ticket, but if you bring children to the presentation, please don’t allow them to disrupt the presentation.
The Presentation & Investigation participants MUST be at least 18 years old (or 16 years old with a parent or legal guardian) and sign a liability release.
You are invited and encouraged to bring your own equipment, however, Advanced Paranormal Services brings equipment for the investigation. Please don’t bring Ouji boards or other “summoning” devices. We are investigating what it is as the venue, not wanting to bring in new entities.
No alcohol or drug use is permitted. Intoxicated event participants will be asked to leave the event.
Under the Utah Clean Air Act, no tobacco products or vaping is allowed within 40 feet of the building.
As always, we strive to create an entertaining event; however, paranormal activity can’t be guaranteed.
